Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested to process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
• Digital products (downloads, templates, or files)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or product, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost once your claim is approved.
Shipping Costs
We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
